Stuart Rapp
Operations Director
Stuart joined Pulse in 2001 as a recruitment consultant and has excelled through the company to a director level position. Specialising in psychiatry recruitment, he manages and leads his team to deliver a unique, tailored service for our candidates, and exceptional results for our clients.
Stuart is proud to provide a bespoke, 360 recruitment process, placing high-quality psychiatrists into the NHS and private sector. He values honesty, integrity, and above all, prioritises world-class customer service through his meticulous attention to detail.
Gemma Millings
Head of Compliance
Starting as a recruitment consultant in 2007, Gemma has taken on a variety of roles. She moved across to compliance in 2011 and has led that team since 2017.
With experience in both sales and compliance, Gemma has a robust understanding of the full recruitment process. As part of her role, Gemma works closely with the clinical governance team and NHS frameworks to ensure each candidate’s journey through onboarding and compliance is as smooth as possible.
Simon Greenhalgh
Client Relationship Manager
Simon began his career with Pulse in 2009 as a recruitment consultant in Psychology and has since held various roles including business manager and sales manager. He now works in client relations where his focus is on helping our clients identify and resolve their staffing needs across a range of settings and specialisms.
Each day brings different challenges and opportunities; with his specialist knowledge, Simon thrives in understanding and supporting clients to meet their individual requirements.
Charlotte Waters
Sales Support Manager
Charlotte started at Pulse in 2015 as a sales support assistant. Over the years, she has gained the knowledge and expertise to progress into a managerial role.
With an appreciation for teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility, Charlotte and her team ensure the candidates receive exceptional end-to-end support once they’ve been placed into a role. She takes great pride in delivering an outstanding service to our doctors.
Annette Estwick
Team Manager – Specialty/junior psychiatrists
Annette has worked for Pulse since 2001, originally recruiting for allied healthcare professionals and working her way to team leader. In 2012, she moved to Psychiatry where she utilised her extensive experience in recruitment to become a team manager.
Her core values centre around delivering outstanding customer service as well as developing and nurturing her team; Annette motivates them to deliver a unique and unforgettable service to our candidates.
Georgia McGregor
Team Manager – Consultant psychiatrists
Georgia joined Pulse in 2013 and has progressed in the company from a trainee recruiter to team manager of the Psychiatry consultant division.
Always motivated to support her clients and candidates, Georgia truly goes above and beyond to deliver a fantastic customer service with integrity. She brings personality and enthusiasm to her role.
Thomas Willcock
Team Manager – Specialist CAMHS/addiction psychiatry
Thomas started his career with Pulse in 2014 as a trainee recruiter. He has since progressed into a team manager role, acquiring a deep understanding of the specialist, niche areas within psychiatry recruitment. He is uniquely placed to provide tailored, expert advice to both clients and candidates.
Thomas now manages the Specialist team, working specifically in addictions and CAMHS recruitment. He values world-class customer service and is dedicated to building relationships whereby he truly caters to the needs of each individual.
Prince Razon
Account Manager
Prince has been with Acacium Group (formerly ICS Group) since 2016, starting as a Trust liaison coordinator. He then moved into an account management position for Pulse in 2020.
In his role, Prince operates with transparency in order to strengthen relationships and deliver exceptional results for our master vendor clients. His enthusiastic attitude and experience within the Group allow him to thrive in his role and deliver what he calls “red carpet treatment”.
