Ensuring a safe environment for employees

Businesses continue to get back to work safely, as working environments need to change to protect their employees. Pulse will help your business maintain the safety and wellbeing of your staff during the coronavirus pandemic and into the future.

Thermal testing

One of the primary symptoms consistent with COVID-19 is an elevated body temperature of over 38°C. To ensure your workforce is fit and well enough to enter the workplace, we provide qualified nurses on your premises to undertake thermal testing using touch free temperature scanners.

Swab testing

The coronavirus swab test can show whether someone has the active virus (SARS-CoV-2) or not. If an employee is displaying COVID-19 symptoms such as a continuous cough, fever, and shortness of breath, we would recommend a swab test, conducted by one of our qualified nurses.

Blood testing

If an employee is displaying COVID-19 symptoms such as a continuous cough, fever, and shortness of breath, another way to test for the active virus (SARS-CoV-2) is by a blood test. Our nurses, who are also trained phlebotomists, will take a blood sample and send it for laboratory testing.

Antibody testing

Coronavirus antibody tests look for the presence of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 – produced by the immune system during the COVID-19 illness – via a blood sample. Our qualified nurses will perform this test to check if your employees have previously had coronavirus.

Mental health support

Evidence shows that psychological support helps individuals better manage traumatic events to avoid negative effects on everyday life. We will provide your workforce with a range of services supporting them with COVID-19 related mental health concerns, as well as everyday challenges.

Remote-triaging staff

It’s understandable that your employees have questions about returning to the workplace. Whether their concerns are regarding safety at work, or that they or a family member have symptoms, our nurses offer bespoke, 24/7 remote triaging and consultation for your staff.

Workplace risk assessment service

Performing a workplace risk assessment that affects both employees and clients is essential. Our team of specialist nurses and health and safety experts are trained in performing workplace risk assessments, and are fully engaged with government guidelines on coronavirus.
