Managing Director

Kathryn started with Pulse in 2006 as a trainee recruitment consultant, progressing to Managing Director in 2016. During her time at the company, she has worked across all disciplines within her division and gained exceptional market knowledge. Her forward-thinking approach led to the conception and launch of three start-ups; Psychology, Talking Therapies and Digital Therapies.

Client and candidate satisfaction are paramount to Kathryn, and she believes that her team’s honest and transparent approach is one of the many reasons for their unrivalled reputation.

Myron Jordine

Sales Director

Myron joined Pulse in 2013 as a trainee recruitment consultant, working within Psychological Therapies. Over the years, he has progressed to become Sales Director of the AHP division.

Myron has built strong relationships with many key clients throughout the NHS and private services; helping him support both clients and candidates alike. He describes the most rewarding part of his role, though, as coaching and developing his team.

Candidate Services Manager

Nicola joined Pulse in 2008 and has taken on roles including recruitment consultant, team leader and sales manager, providing her with the knowledge and experience leading to her current position as candidate services manager.

Her years in the business, and experience in a variety of roles, has given Nicola the unparalleled market knowledge she’s known for. Nicola manages the sales support and candidate attraction teams as well as international recruitment within AHP.

Her focus is always on customer service; with Nicola’s support, her teams deliver an exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Gemma Millings

Head of Compliance

Starting as a recruitment consultant in 2007, Gemma has taken on a variety of roles. She moved across to compliance in 2011 and has led the compliance team since 2017.

With experience in both sales and compliance, Gemma has a robust understanding of the full recruitment process. As part of her role, Gemma works closely with the clinical governance team and NHS frameworks to ensure each candidate’s journey through compliance is as smooth as possible.

Client Relationship Manager

Simon began his career with Pulse in 2009 as a recruitment consultant in Psychology and has since held various roles including business manager and sales manager. He now works in client relations where his focus is on helping our clients identify and resolve their staffing needs across a range of settings and specialisms.

Shelley Nayler

Business Process Manager

Shelley has been at Pulse since 2004, and during that time has acquired a wealth of market knowledge. Her core responsibilities include analysing sales, recruitment and compliance processes as well as project managing and carrying out changes where needed.

With a keen eye for detail, Shelley heads up technological developments in the division, ensuring successful implementations. She is also a trained data protection champion and works to guarantee the division’s adherence to legislation.
