You said, we did
We deeply appreciate your continued participation in our recent Viewpoint survey. Your feedback holds immense value to us, as it enables us to provide ongoing support in your career and strive for the highest level of service.
We want to take this moment to update you on the positive changes we’re implementing based on your valuable responses.
Your pay
From our daily payment options to our digital e-timesheets app, ipoint, we take great care to ensure you receive your pay correctly and on time. The speed with which pay is received can vary depending on which client you work with and their internal payroll processes. However, rest assured that we always process payments through the most efficient methods possible.
- Most delays with payment are due to mistakes on timesheets causing timesheets to miss payroll deadlines. The best way to minimise this is to use ipoint to submit your timesheets.
- To familiarise yourself with our payroll deadlines and details of our daily pay service, visit our page here
- Some clients use a third-party portal to process timesheets, which can cause delays that are out of our control. Don’t hesitate to contact our team for further guidance on how each client operates.
- The amount you get paid depends on your chosen payment method. If you want to know more about the different payment options or are considering changing your payment method, watch our video

Variety of shifts
Following the covid pandemic, we have seen fluctuating market conditions, including changes to client demand and the time they release shifts to agencies. Clients are increasingly looking to secure supply via framework agencies instead of off-framework suppliers. As a framework agency and part of the HTE & Workforce Alliance frameworks, Pulse is in a strong position to benefit from this shift in market dynamics and we’re working closely with our clients to ensure we are an agency partner of choice. We still have high levels of demand and competitive rates from a diverse range of clients across the UK looking to fill shifts across every nursing, midwifery, and theatre discipline.
We are also excited to announce that we have recently secured several new contracts within the NHS and private healthcare sector, which will further increase the number and type of shifts you’ll be able to book in the coming weeks and months, including;
North Central London (NCL) Trusts;
- Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust
- North Middlesex University Hospital
- University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Whittington Health NHS Trust
- Moorfield Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
