Pulse are currently seeking a determined Clinical Psychologist to join our clients Community Adult Learning Disabilities team, within an NHS trust in Middlesex. This position will be available for appointed Clinical Psychologist to start as soon as possible, offering part-time hours for an initial 3 month period.

The Clinical Psychologist will work in a community learning disabilities service with working age adults all of whom have a moderate to severe learning disability. The appointed Psychologist will be required to provide therapy and diagnosis of LD assessment using a range of assessment tools such as WAIS.  The post will involve working as part of a well-integrated, innovative multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality assessments and interventions 

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • Be HCPC registered
  • Have a proven track record in working with mild to complex learning disabilities
  • Be analytical and show good attention to detail
