Position Details:

  • Role: Specialist Mental Health/LD Practitioner

Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialist support and interventions for individuals with mental health and LD needs.
  • Conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
  • Offering support and guidance to individuals, families, and carers.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or related field.
  • Relevant professional registration (NMC, HCPC, etc.).
  • Experience as a Specialist Mental Health/LD Practitioner.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and intervention.
