Position Details:
- Role: Specialist Mental Health/LD Practitioner
- Location: Walsall
Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist support and interventions for individuals with mental health and LD needs.
- Conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
- Offering support and guidance to individuals, families, and carers.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or related field.
- Relevant professional registration (NMC, HCPC, etc.).
- Experience as a Specialist Mental Health/LD Practitioner.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and intervention.
