Are you a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with CAMHS experience, looking for your next role?

Pulse is recruiting for an experienced band 8a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in CAMHS to join a service at a private support service based in Kent. The role will involve assessment for as part of the multidisciplinary team and some work with those who have existing diagnosis of and additional mental health difficulties.

The role is a permanent vacancy available to start as soon as possible, working full-time hours per week.

It is essential that the candidate is HCPC registered to be considered for the role. Due to the nature of the role, experience with CAMHS Diabetes would be desirable.


Duties within this role will include:

  • To provide an efficient, effective, comprehensive and specialist service working with children and adolescents.
  • To contribute to multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with diabetes, whilst maintaining rapport with their family/carers.
  • To undertake a range of highly specialist clinical work, urgent assessment work, parenting support and specialist cases.
  • To contribute to audit and research.
