An exciting permanent position has become available for a Clinical Psychologist or Educational Psychologist to work within a residential school for children and young people with complex educational needs, communication difficulties or challenging behaviours.
The post holder will provide specialist psychological support for the pupils of the school, undertaking assessments, creating plans for and delivering evidence based psychological interventions. The post holder will work with pupils one to one, in groups and also with school staff. You will be supported by a wide network of other clinicians, as well as an assistant psychologist.
The role is available for newly qualified psychologists (or those due to qualify) through to a senior level.
Post holders can also choose a full time package, or term time only, with further details below:
Full Time Package:
£45,289 - £58,193, 35 days holiday (including bank holidays) teachers’ pension (up to 16%) and comprehensive induction and ongoing training, as well as extensive Group staff benefits such as Medicash Health Plan/Employee Assistance and Cycle to work scheme.
Term Time Package:
£41,299 - £54,791, Full School holidays, contributory pension (matched up to 5%), Life Insurance based on two times your annual base salary and comprehensive induction and ongoing training, as well as extensive Group staff benefits such as Medicash Health Plan/Employee Assistance and Cycle to work scheme.
