Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric assessments and deliver high-quality care to older adults.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and contribute to service development initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team culture.
Qualifications:
- MBBS qualification and full GMC registration.
- Current enrollment in the Specialist Register (Old Age Psychiatry).
- Proven experience as an STR Lower in Old Age Psychiatry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
