Are you an ambitious and skilled Specialty Doctor in Adult Psychiatry seeking a dynamic role with excellent career development opportunities? Pulse Mental Health, a leading recruitment agency specializing in mental health professionals, is actively searching for a dedicated and experienced Specialty Doctor to join our esteemed team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to adults with mental health conditions within a multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure integrated and person-centered care.
- Participate in and contribute to clinical audits, research activities, and service improvement initiatives.
- Provide supervision and support to junior medical staff and participate in training programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional standards.
Requirements:
- GMC registration with a license to practice in Psychiatry.
- MRCPsych or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Specialty Doctor in Adult Psychiatry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
- Eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist Register in Adult Psychiatry.
