A thrilling new chance has arisen to become a part of the Histopathology team in Sheffield.
Pulse Healthcare are currently searching for a dynamic and innovative Histopathology Consultant to join our outstanding trust in Sheffield. In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team within a highly regarded Histopathology department.
We offer competitive hourly rates and flexibility, allowing you to work from home as needed, aligning with the current trend of one day per week remote work for most consultants. To be considered, candidates should possess full and specialist registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or be eligible for registration within six months of the interview. UK-trained applicants must hold a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or be within six months of CCT award by the interview date.
Non-UK trained candidates will need to demonstrate equivalence to the UK CCT. The department’s workload predominantly includes breast, colorectal, and urological pathology, making an interest in one or more of these areas desirable. Additionally, generalist reporting skills and the ability to provide cross-cover for multidisciplinary team meetings are essential for this role.
