This is a unique opportunity to expand your professional horizons while making a significant impact on patient lives. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gastroenterologist to join our client’s dynamic healthcare team.

 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patient health through the safe and effective use of gastroenterological procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting and reporting on gastrointestinal diagnostic tests such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and liver biopsies.
  • Consulting with patients on procedures, potential side effects, and therapeutic effects.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, review, and evaluate patient effectiveness.
  • Ensuring equipment availability by maintaining, restocking, and inventorying gastroenterological equipment.
  • Maintaining gastroenterological knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Medical degree from a recognised institution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to make decisions in the best interest of the patient.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centred approach to healthcare.

  • A copy of your Passport.
  • Recent registered experience working as a Gastroenterologist.
