Description

We are delighted to invite candidates to apply to work with us in this dynamic and expanding ENT department in North Yorkshire. We are seeking 2 ENT surgeons to join our team on a full time permanent basis, and contribute to the development of leading regional services.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high quality care and shaping the future of our ENT department. As a valued member of our team, your key responsibilities will include collaborating effectively within the team to enhance regional ENT services. You’ll be tasked with providing expert clinical care to patients across all areas of ENT, ensuring their wellbeing and satisfaction. Taking on a leadership role, you’ll drive initiatives for service improvement and innovation, contributing to the advancement of our healthcare delivery. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and teaching undergraduate and postgraduate trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. It’s essential to maintain clinical competence and uphold the highest standards of patient care, reflecting our commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.

Requirements:

  • GMC Specialist Register for Otorhinolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery or within twelve months of obtaining the CCT at the time of interview.
  • Medical qualification registered with the GMC.
  • License to practice with the General Medical Council.
  • Experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate trainees.
  • Willingness and ability to take on a leadership role.
  • Demonstrable clinical experience and skill in all areas of ENT.
