This role is a full-time locum position in the NHS in Weymouth, Dorset CMHT service; Pulse is currently seeking a temporary consultant in older adult psychiatry to provide qualified and experienced care to our elderly patients. The consultant will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care to patients with various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and dementia. AC Approval and Section 12 are required for this role.
Position: Consultant in Older Ault Psychiatry
Hours: This position is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week
Setting: CMHT
Location: Weymouth, Dorset
Dates: This position is available for 6 months.
Rates: £140

Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Computer literate
Requirements:
- You must have a full GMC licence to practice
- Relevant previous experience working in this type of position
- Section 12 approval is essential
- Approved clinician status is desired but not essential
