Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert psychiatric assessments and treatments for children and adolescents, specializing in CAMHS.
- Lead and guide the multidisciplinary team, offering support and supervision.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within CAMHS.
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS) and GMC registration.
- CCT in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Consultant in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry with a CAMHS specialty.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
