Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver high-quality psychiatric assessments and treatments in an inpatient setting.
- Provide expert guidance and supervision to junior psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in adult psychiatry.
Qualifications:
- MBBS qualification and GMC registration.
- CCT in Adult Psychiatry or equivalent qualification.
- Substantial experience as a Consultant in Adult Psychiatry, particularly in an inpatient setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
