This role is a part-time position in an NHS forensic service located in Newport, Isle of Wight; it offers highly negotiable rates for a dedicated psychiatrist. Your core responsibilities would be to help assess, diagnose and oversee the mental health of patients in your care.
Position: Consultant in Forensic Psychiatry
Hours: This position is a part-time position of 2 days per week
Setting: Forensic
Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Dates: This position is available to start as soon as possible for an ongoing period

Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Computer literate
Requirements:
- You must have a full GMC licence to practice
- Relevant previous experience working in this type of position
- Section 12 approval is essential
- Approved clinician status is desired but not essential
