Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist with expertise in Adult Mental Health (AMH) to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a Band 8a Clinical Psychologist specializing in Adult Mental Health, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions for adults experiencing a range of mental health issues. You will be working closely with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for adults with mental health disorders.
- Developing and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to contribute to multidisciplinary treatment plans.
- Providing consultation and supervision to junior staff as required.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Extensive experience as a Clinical Psychologist, with a focus on Adult Mental Health.
- Experience working at a Band 8a level or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions for adult mental health conditions.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
