Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and formulate treatment plans for individuals within the Adult Mental Health setting.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
- Offer supervision and support to junior staff and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical services.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of Adult Mental Health and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Substantial experience at Band 8a/b level, with a focus on Adult Mental Health.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality psychological interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
