The Role: As a Band 7 RN Multi Disciplinary Pathway Worker, you will play a crucial role in the mental health pathway, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • To offer Assessment, Risk Assessment  and to support the team with the delivery of group and individual Treatment of CYPMHS patients until vacancies are recruited to. This will ensure that the team are safely staffed to deal with the increase in urgent referrals
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Providing expert advice and support to colleagues and service users’ families
  • Monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of mental health services

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC pin
  • Extensive experience in mental health nursing
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering person-centered care
