Description

Pulse is working with a private service based in Wadhurst, Sussex, which requires an experienced Lead Therapist to join their busy and expanding CAMHS team on a full-time permanent basis. The candidate in the post will be carrying out screening and assessment for neurodevelopmental concerns and other mental health conditions.

Our client is looking for a therapy lead who is registered with the relevant governing body and who also has extensive experience working within a CAMHS service. This is a permanent position for which the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of qualification experience working with various adult mental health issues. Our service is based on a firm, friendly, multidisciplinary team, emphasising supporting our staff through regular supervision, staff support groups, and annual appraisals. Good communication skills and a flexible approach are essential.

Rates: £40,000 – £52,000
