Pulse Mental Health, a distinguished recruitment agency specializing in mental health services, is actively seeking an accomplished and experienced Clinical Psychologist for a Band 7/8a position. Position: Clinical Psychologist (Band 7/8a)

Location: Greater Manchester

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting advanced psychological assessments and formulating tailored treatment plans for individuals with diverse and complex mental health needs.
  • Providing high-level, evidence-based therapeutic interventions adapted to individual client requirements.
  • Taking a leadership role within the clinical psychology team, contributing to service development and excellence.
  • Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and integrated care for clients.
  • Leading and participating in clinical supervision, providing mentorship and support to junior staff members.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist.
  • Proven experience at Band 7/8a level within mental health settings.
  • Exceptional clinical skills with a focus on delivering advanced psychological assessments and interventions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on the latest research and best practices.
