Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist with expertise in advanced assessments and rehabilitation to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in conducting advanced assessments, clinical diagnoses, and providing specialized treatment to patients within your specialty area. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive physiotherapist who is passionate about enhancing the rehabilitation journey for patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting advanced assessments and clinical evaluations to diagnose and determine appropriate treatment plans for patients requiring rehabilitation within your specialty area.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on comprehensive assessments and evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Providing specialized physiotherapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes and promote independence in daily activities.
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with professional and organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Substantial experience working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist, with a focus on advanced assessments and rehabilitation within your specialty area.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to make informed decisions regarding patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of advancements in physiotherapy practice.
