Pules Mental Health, a leading recruitment agency specializing in mental health services, is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physiotherapist with Musculoskeletal (MSK) experience to join our team. Position Overview:
As a Pediatric Physiotherapist with MSK Experience, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children and adolescents, addressing musculoskeletal challenges that may impact their overall well-being. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy interventions while fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for young patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address physical challenges and improve overall function.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate and involve parents/caregivers in the rehabilitation process, providing guidance and support.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice as a Pediatric Physiotherapist.
- Specialization or experience in Musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy for pediatric patients.(minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
