Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for working in Adult Mental Health Inpatient settings? Pulse Mental Health, a leading recruitment agency in mental health, is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ occupational performance and mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance daily living skills and promote recovery.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care.
- Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to support individuals in achieving their goals.
- Contribute to discharge planning and aftercare support.
Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant experience in Adult Mental Health Inpatient settings.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Strong assessment and intervention skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
