Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for working in Adult Mental Health Inpatient settings? Pulse Mental Health, a leading recruitment agency in mental health, is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ occupational performance and mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance daily living skills and promote recovery.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care.
  • Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to support individuals in achieving their goals.
  • Contribute to discharge planning and aftercare support.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant experience in Adult Mental Health Inpatient settings.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
