Are you a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Practitioner with expertise in Acute Inpatient and Trauma settings? Pulse Mental Health, a leading recruitment agency in the mental health sector, is actively seeking a Band 6 professional to join a dynamic team dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in acute and trauma situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality mental health assessments and interventions for individuals in acute inpatient and trauma settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges.
  • Conduct risk assessments and contribute to the formulation and execution of risk management strategies.
  • Engage in trauma-informed care practices to support individuals in their recovery journey.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Mental Health Practitioner with Band 6 experience.
  • Current registration with relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC).
  • Proven experience in acute inpatient and trauma mental health settings.
  • Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and risk management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
