Are you an experienced and highly skilled Occupational Therapist with a background in elective orthopaedic care? Pulse Mental Health, a leading recruitment agency in the mental health sector, is actively seeking a Band 6/7 professional to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise to the mental health field and contribute to the well-being of individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your elective orthopaedic experience to assess and address the occupational needs of individuals within a mental health context.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement holistic care plans.
- Apply evidence-based interventions to support individuals in their mental health recovery journey.
- Provide specialized occupational therapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals with elective orthopaedic backgrounds.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of occupational therapy services within the mental health setting.
Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with Band 6/7 experience.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Previous experience in elective orthopaedic care settings is essential.
- Strong assessment, intervention, and care planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
