Pulse Mental Health, a leading recruitment agency in the mental health sector, is actively seeking a Band 6/7 professional to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your elective orthopaedic experience to assess and address the occupational needs of individuals within a mental health context.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement holistic care plans.
  • Apply evidence-based interventions to support individuals in their mental health recovery journey.
  • Provide specialized occupational therapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals with elective orthopaedic backgrounds.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of occupational therapy services within the mental health setting.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with Band 6/7 experience.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Previous experience in elective orthopaedic care settings is essential.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and care planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
