Position Details:

  • Role: Band 7/8a/8b Adult LD Addictions Therapist
  • Location: London
  • Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialist therapy and interventions for individuals with LD and addiction challenges.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address addiction issues within the context of LD.
  • Conducting assessments, facilitating group therapy sessions, and offering support to clients and their families.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • HCPC registration or relevant professional accreditation.
  • Band 7/8a/8b experience with a focus on Addictions Therapy and Adult LD.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and intervention.
