Logging in to ipoint is simple – just enter your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Forgotten Password?’ on the home page and follow the steps. You’ll receive a password reset link via email, which is valid for 24 hours.
If you’re still having issues or can’t remember your username, select ‘Need help?’, to speak to the ipoint helpdesk.
The menu is found in the top left-hand side of the app, and allows you to easily navigate to all areas of ipoint, including:
- Find shifts
- My shifts
- My documents
- My profile
- Contact us
- Log out
You can update your availability using ipoint’s calendar. Our recommended shifts function will notify you of suitable shifts, based on previous shifts worked and your availability. Holiday mode lets us know when you’re not around – so we won’t contact you until you’re back.
Add your availability to ipoint to:
- Easily navigate through the thousands of available shifts everyday
- View shifts that only match your availability
- Receive SMS alerts for your favourite shifts, so you can book the shifts you want before they’re snapped up
ipoint enables you to personalise your recommended shift alerts:
- Select your preferred shift type and up to three of your favourite clients
- Edit preferences at any time by selecting ‘Edit my Notifications’ in the ‘My Profile’ section
When a shift matches your preferences, you’ll receive an instant alert ensuring you’re always first to the best shifts.
ipoint has thousands of shifts available each day, so you can always find the shifts you want. With ipoint you can search all shifts – or just the ones that match your specific criteria.
Search and filter by:
- All shifts
- Hospitals and wards
- Data range
If no shifts are found, try widening your search and updating your availability. If you’re still not seeing any shifts, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you’ve found the perfect shift, simply click the ‘Book’ button to secure it.
Expired compliance will stop you from booking shifts, so it’s important that you’re able to access these documents.
ipoint allows you to view all your current, expiring and expired compliance documents so you never lose a day of work. To update your compliance, you can email or call us from the app.
Direct booking a shift
If you prefer to book your shifts directly with the hospital and then let us know, you can now do this via ipoint. The Direct Booking feature is available via the main dashboard and ‘My Shifts’ section.
Simply give us the details of the booking and we’ll make sure it’s on our systems. If you can’t see this feature or the specific trust, hospital or unit please get in touch on email@example.com.
You’re now able to submit timesheets for certain clients via our ipoint app. The process is quick and easy for you to do, before you leave your shift. What’s more, these digital timesheets go straight in to our payment queue, meaning that in some instances you may be be paid quicker.Learn more
It’s vital that you have control over your finances, so ipoint lets you view your received and processed timesheets. You can see shift details such as start and finish times, so you have full peace of mind that you’re paid correctly.

Great news for ipoint users. We’ve introduced a digital ID badge to our app. As requested by our users, this handy feature is ready to use. It’s important to note, you’ll still need to carry your physical ID badge with you, but now you’ll always have a back-up badge in your back pocket.
Here’s a quick how-to:
- Log in to ipoint
- Tap the menu icon on the main dashboard screen
- Select ‘My profile’
- Tap the ‘Badge’ option at the bottom of the screen
- View your digital ID badge
