Position – Registered Nurse- Outpatients – Cheshire

Salary – 25-27k
Hours – Full Time and Part-Time available

The Role:

Our client is looking to recruit part-time and full-time experienced, motivated Registered Nurses, to join their committed Outpatient nursing team. They can offer our Nurses the opportunity to work in a varied, challenging but rewarding role in a friendly and supportive working environment.  You will work within the multi-disciplinary team to provide exemplary patient care, working within set protocols.

You will work as part of a friendly team and you will be supported by senior nurses who have the knowledge and experience to assist and support you to achieve high standards of nursing care. You will have chance to gain many skills in caring for a wide variety of patient types.

Working hours:   
This is a full time or part-time Outpatient position. The clinic is open 8am to 9pm so shifts will fit around that, will work roughly 1 in 4 Saturday mornings dependant on lists.

 Core Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for qualified Registered Nurses with high clinical standards.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in teams and working with minimum supervision. 

You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of delivering high quality care and what it takes to make a difference to the patients under your care.

You will be competent across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge and you will possess the mandatory training requirements for the role

Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.

Promotes best practice in health and safety and security.

Assist in maintaining and developing services.

Promote people’s equality, diversity and rights.

 

Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications:

Essential

Registered Nurse

Working in teams or with minimum supervision

Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge

Posses the mandatory training requirements for role including infection control and health and safety competencies.

Demonstrate principles of accountable practice

Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and regulation

Willing to participate in flexible working pattern

Empathy for vulnerable patients

Flexible work processes

 

Desirable

Continuing professional development.

Trained on MS Office and other relevant packages

Root cause analysis
