Pulse is currently recruiting fro 2 Community nurses to join an established team in Sutton and Cheam. The team works 0800-16.30 with an hours lunch. We are ideally looking for care drivers due to the nature of the role
The Trust serves 900,000 people coming to their hospitals for care and treatment every year. the Trust opoerates from 2 main sites covering a large geographical area.
Act as an autonomous practitioner , with the support of senior team members.
Provide comprehensive holistic assessments ( including physicals) and treatments for patients and their families, who have been referred through the Single Assessment Process to achieve person centred care.
Maintain clear , concise records of care .
Undertake data collection s required by the Clinical Commission Group.
- Wound Care
- Catheter Care
- Palliative care
- Administration of medication
- Diabetic care – including administration of insulin
- Stoma Care
- Leg Ulcer Management
- Pressure area Care
- Peg management
