Pulse International currently require a Medical Admin Assistant to work within our client specialist hospital in Saudi Arabia.

    Essential Requirements

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or any other related field

  • Minimum of six (6) years working experience as Secretary

  • Specialized Knowledge: Very knowledgeable of office practices, processes, and equipment

  • Proficient in MS-Office and Internet applications Proficient in composing reports, memos, spreadsheets, etc.

  • Ability to record and transcribe minutes of the meeting

  • Good standard of shorthand knowledge and skill

  • Good standard of knowledge of medical terminology

  • Outstanding oral and written English language

  • Minimum of six (6) years working experience as Secretary

  • Specialized Knowledge: Very knowledgeable of office practices, processes, and equipment

  • Proficient in MS-Office and Internet applications

  • Proficient in composing reports, memos, spreadsheets, etc.

  • Ability to record and transcribe minutes of the meeting

  • Good standard of shorthand knowledge and skill

  • Good standard of knowledge of medical terminology

  • Outstanding written and spoken English

  • Enhanced CRB checks will be carried out

     

     Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Studies, Office Management or similar

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a healthcare facility/ hospital setting

  • Ability to generate own correspondence and medical illustrations
