Staff Nurse | Surgical Ward | Band 5 dependent on experience

Location: Warrington – Cheshire 

Salary: £28,000 – £30, 000 depending on experience

*Bonus Incentives*

Role: Full Time/Part time Available

Pulse is delighted to let everyone know that one of the biggest clients we supply to in the area of Cheshire are now recruiting a Staff Nurse to join their warm and supportive team on their surgical ward. They will be considering candidates for full time and part time roles.

Please see below details of what the role will enquire:

  • You will be joining this high performing team of experienced nurses who constantly receive excellent patient satisfaction feedback.
  • Delivering excellent patient care to post-surgical patients.
  • Working on a ratio of 1 nurse to 5 or 6 patients giving you the time to give complete care to your patients.
  • Working across 2 small wards

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where excellence in patient care is the paramount goal.

 

The hospital has 50 beds which could be occupied by inpatients or day-case patients. Facilities on site included three operating theatres, a five bedded recovery unit, a two bedded Extended Recovery Unit (ERU).

What requirements are needed to be successful in the job role?

  • Be NMC registered – your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Surgical or acute nursing experience.
  • Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
  • Strong communication skills
