Senior Staff Nurse – ITU

  • Hours: Full-Time – 37.5 hours a week
  • Type: Permanent
  • Location: London, Marylebone
  • Salary: £40,448- £47,965 – + 9% Shift Enhancement + £3,000 (for completing ITU Course)

About The Role 

This ‘Outstanding’ CQC rated Private Hospital are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join their 13 bedded Intensive Care Unit

The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised critical care team to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care. Reporting directly into the Critical Care Matron, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department, providing expert knowledge and supporting the junior nurses. You will be fully supported by the Senior Management Team, and they will ensure you feel confident within a safe and controlled environment.  

Skills & Experience

  • Registered General Nurse with NMC pin. 
  • Neuro or General ITU/HDU specific skills and experience. 
  • Experience in advanced respiratory ventilation, neuro, cardiothoracic, oncology would be advantageous. 
  • ILS trained, ALS would be advantageous
  • Extensive experience working within Critical Care
