Position: Senior Cardiac Scrub Theatre Practitioner
Location: Central London
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
Shifts: Earlies: 7am – 3pm, Lates: 1pm – 9pm
Salary: £40,447 – £48,705 a year + 9% shift enhancement and a Welcome Bonus!

The Hospital boasts 10 Operating theatres, offering a diverse range of surgeries including Cardiac, Ortho, Liver, Neuro, Urology, Spinal, and General. As a Senior Cardiac Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the theatre team comprising of experienced professionals. With a commitment to their nurses in prioritizing career progression and offering comprehensive support and development opportunities, to foster your professional growth.

Role Overview: Your responsibilities will include active participation in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing expertise, and supporting colleagues to foster a collaborative team environment and achieve collective objectives.

Requirements:

  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience in Cardiac Scrub
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others
