Description

Pulse Nursing are thrilled to be offering a variety of shifts in Enfield, London. Our Rapids nurses will help patients in need of immediate attention and support the Community with complex demands in the privacy of their own homes. You will be the first clinical on the team to examine the client, check the home environment and help to identify a medical plan of action.

Patients will be able to regain their independence and confidence thanks to the important role the Rapids Nurses play within the community.

Part and full time shifts available (long days), with hourly pay rates between £21.15 – £38.51. We can offer you pre bookable advance shifts as well as the opportunity to work last minute urgent shifts via our Pulse Community Team.

Rapids Nurse responsibilities includes:

  • Provide care for patients who demonstrate signs of deterioration such as their appearance.
  • Being able to manage patient’s experiencing strokes, Sepsis, Respiratory distress, and other critical conditions/emergencies.
  • Interpreting patient’s data and re-evaluating nursing care plans.
  • Ensure patients’ needs are met whilst following standards and policies.
  • Evaluate challenging environments.
  • Flexible with workload (varies on client’s needs)
  • Liaise with families and multidisciplinary team

Rapids Nurse Role Requirements:

  • Be a registered nurse with a current NMC pin
  • Currently working within a Rapids Response role
  • Assessment skills
  • Cannulation
  • Venepuncture
  • Administration of all meds including IVs
  • Must hold the legal right to work in the UK
