Pulse Nursing have been given an exciting opportunity in the Leicestershire area. We are looking for a  Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) that is positive, supportive and strives for excellence. 

About the Role

You will be providing direct personal care and interventions to Patients/Service Users, without direct supervision, and co-ordinate the care given by colleagues.

The responsibilities will include delivering prescribed care to a defined group of patients that reflect their individual needs. Assessing, planning and delivering, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse. Contribute to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the Care team and build relationships and effectively communicates and engages with external professionals and stake holders

A competitive salary paying between £34,900 and £37,992, dependent on skill and entry level! Discretionary welcome bonus up to £5,000 (May be applicable).

Shift Pattern

 You will work a variety of shift patterns, which will include days, nights, weekends and holiday periods.

Requirements for this role

    • Have at least 6-12 months experience
    • Ability to provide a clinical reference 
    • Current NMC or HCPC Registration
    • Able to provide an enhanced DBS
    • Good organisation
