ITU Staff Nurse
Location: Sutton
Hours: Permanent, full-time – 37.5 hrs a week.
Salary: £28,407 – £ 34,580
Pulse is delighted to be working alongside a leading private hospital in Sutton, looking for an experienced ICU nurse – to take the next step in Critical Care Nursing.

Your responsibilities will include:
As a Staff Nurse you will be caring for level 2 and level 3 patients, with a 1-1 patient ratio.
- Constantly assess and reassess patients’ health and wellbeing needs, across a complex and changing caseload
- Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals’ health and wellbeing needs
- Safe handling and sharing of complex, sensitive or contentious information.
- Provide effective, safe and high standard care to patients post cardiothoracic, orthopaedic and general surgical procedures
- Assist the Multi-Disciplinary Team in planning person-centred care
The ideal candidate:
- NMC registered
- ICU experience
- ICU certificate (desirable)
- Cardiothoracic experience is desirable but not essential
- Effective communication skills
