Staff Nurse high dependency unit (HDU)
£36,500 – £38,000 per annum
Pulse is actively recruiting for a full time, permanent, HDU Staff Nurse for a private hospital located in South West London.
You will be working in a 4 bed HDU .
The HDU Staff Nurse will be working in state of the art facilities and able to offer HDU nursing to patients post surgery that may deteriorate quickly assistance with the below can be delivered:
- Emergency ventilation
- Immediate blood gas analysis
- Cardiac monitoring
- Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) ventilation
- Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure (BIPAP) ventilation
This hospital also has close links with the NHS therefore, nurses will be able to develop their own nursing knowledge by working alongside various renowned specialist Consultants in their field.
You will be expected to provide high quality nursing care, taking responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
Please note that applicants should have a minimum of 1 years experience within a HDU setting. Furthermore, excellent communication and customer care skills are essential due to the hospital offering a patient centred approach to care.
You will be rewarded with a salary £36,500 – £38,000 dependent on experience.
