Description

Are you a determined and caring Clinical Psychologist with forensic experience?  

A clinical/counselling psychologist is needed in a specialist low secure forensic service in Thatcham, Berkshire for an Initial 3 -months working full-time hours each week.  

The Psychologist in the post will you provide assessments for specialist psychological interventions / individual therapy based on complex data from various sources to service users in RHS. Sources of data include observations, self-report measures, neuropsychological tests, semi-structured interviews with service users, and professionals involved in the service user’s care and their families. 

To be considered for this role, you must: 

  • Hold a relevant qualification at the doctorate level  
  • Be HCPC Registered 
  • Have experience working within a similar setting  
  • Have strong communication and listening skills
