Description

Pulse Nursing are looking for ENP/ ANP RGN for work in the Hemel Hempstead area with rates being Negotiable . As an ANP/Senior Registered Nurse, you will be supporting our UCC General Practitioners (GPs) in providing high quality care through assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care for all our patients. You will promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care and the services we offered within the department.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and to be accountable for own actions.
  • Triage patients according to clinical need and acuity and suitability to be seen at OSDH UCC.
  • Acting within professional boundaries and provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, administration of medications and evaluation of care.
  • Triage patients according to clinical need and acuity and suitability to be seen at OSDH UCC.
  • Day to Day Management of the department with UCC GPs and support from ADCS.
  • Work autonomously within a health care team consisting of UCC GPs, OPD and Pharmacy Team, Patient Services, Facilities and Procurement Team.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process.
  • Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills/point of care testing, for patients within the service.

 

ENP/ ANP Requirements

 

  • NMC registration
  • Recent 6 / 12 months experience in the last 12 months
  • Evidence of completion of v300 prescribing certificate / ANP – Masters Level Education in Advanced Practice
  • Full EPP clearance of immunisations
  • 2 clinical references to provide your ENP / ANP skills to cover work history over the last 3 years.
  • Updated CV covering last 10 years of work 
  • Full Right to work in the UK
