Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct expert psychiatric assessments and deliver high-quality care to older adults.
- Lead and guide the multidisciplinary team, providing support and supervision.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within Old Age Psychiatry.
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS) and GMC registration.
- CCT in Old Age Psychiatry or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
