Community Nurse – North London

Pulse Nursing are offering shifts within the Community of North London, working on behalf of our NHS partner, who require Community Nurses to provide a caring and respectful body of care to a diverse range of patients within their home environment.

Community Nurses can make a huge impact on patients’ lives, and the care they offer plays a crucial part in patients wellbeing and recovery.

Day shifts available from 8:30 am – 5pm Monday – Friday with hourly pay rates of £19.00 – £29.00.

Community Nurse responsibilities includes:

• Providing basic care such as checking temperature, blood pressure and breathing
• Changing Female catheter’s
• Handling diabetic care such as providing insulin
• Medicine management
• Compliant with documentation
• Wound management & Symptom control
• Time management

 Community Nurse Role Requirements:

• NMC Pin
• 6 Months NHS experience
• History of working within a Clinical or Community environment
• Ability meet our Framework Compliance requirement (we will guide you through this)
