Position Details:
- Role: CFD Counsellor
- Location: Lincolnshire
Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist counselling services for children and families facing a range of challenges.
- Conducting assessments and developing personalized therapy plans to support emotional well-being.
- Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions for children and families.
- Collaborating with social workers, educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
- Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Accreditation with a recognized body (e.g., BACP, UKCP).
- Experience working with children and families in a CFD setting.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
