Our client, a prominent healthcare organization in London, is currently seeking a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join their Rapid Response team.

Position Overview: As a Band 7 Occupational Therapist in the Rapid Response team, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective occupational therapy services. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide timely assessments and interventions, contributing to the overall improvement of patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ functional abilities.
  2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  3. Provide expert advice and support to colleagues within the Rapid Response team.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
  6. Participate in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

  1. HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience.
  3. Band 7 experience is essential, with a focus on rapid response or acute care.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
  6. A commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
  7. Eligibility to work in the UK.
