Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address mental health-related physical conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting as necessary.
  • Educate and empower patients to manage their mental health through physical activity and rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Band 6 level experience, preferably within mental health or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
