Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist with experience in community settings to join our esteemed team. As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing rehabilitation services to individuals with mental health conditions within the community. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions for individuals with mental health conditions in community settings.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure coordinated care and support for patients.
  • Delivering education and support to patients and their families regarding their condition and treatment options.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional and organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Previous experience working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist in community settings, preferably within mental health.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a community-based environment.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car for travel between community locations.
