Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to work in the dynamic field of Community Mental Health. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to individuals within the community setting, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to individuals with mental health needs.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of services through feedback and innovation.
Requirements:
- Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
- Minimum of Band 6 experience in a community mental health setting within the NHS.
- Access to own car for travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UK healthcare experience
