Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to work in the dynamic field of Community Mental Health. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to individuals within the community setting, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to individuals with mental health needs.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of services through feedback and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
  • Minimum of Band 6 experience in a community mental health setting within the NHS.
  • Access to own car for travel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UK healthcare experience
