Are you a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in mental health? we are thrilled to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist based in Doncaster!

As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges to achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement effective occupational therapy interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Your contributions will be instrumental in promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and facilitating successful community integration.

 Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and goals
– Develop and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
– Collaborate closely with service users, families, and carers to ensure holistic care
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
– Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and service development initiatives

Requirements:
– Degree in Occupational Therapy
– HCPC registration
– Proven experience in mental health settings
– Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
– Commitment to continuous professional development
