Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge in developing and implementing clinical and rehab care plans? Pulse mental health, a leading healthcare provider, is actively seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care through comprehensive clinical and rehabilitation planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals to determine their clinical needs and rehabilitation potential.
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans, incorporating clinical and rehabilitation goals.
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, adjusting as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and support to individuals, families, and care teams regarding occupational therapy interventions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with Band 6 experience.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing clinical and rehab care plans.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and care planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
